About This Restaurant
After a year-long major renovation, Legal Sea Foods is now open at Town Center of Virginia Beach, an Armada Hoffler Property! This is the second location in Virginia to open since 2019 (Reagan National Airport) and marks the first for Hampton Roads, only steps away from the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.
The 8000 square-foot space overlooks the main plaza at the Town Center and accommodates guests for both lunch and dinner throughout artfully designed dining rooms, private event spaces, bar and lounge area, and wrap-around patio.
The “Ship’s Cabin” private dining room is able to accommodate up to 50 guests for special-occasion private events of all kinds.
The menu includes all the signature New England favorites like Clam Chowder, Anna’s Baked Haddock, Fish & Chips and our famous Lobster Roll, some new local features like She-Crab Soup, and Legal’s proprietary Sushi & Sake program. Guests can also enjoy an exciting collaboration with Boston’s local Night Shift Brewing, featuring the very popular Legally Hazy IPA!

There are 5 free garage lots in the area. We recommend the “Red Garage” located next to The Westin Hotel.
